Standard support is provided free of charge to all registered users of Pentaforce products. It is necessary to register your product to be eligible.

Product information, an evaluation copy and FAQs is available through this website. We recommend you go through these for answers.

Email Support

You may contact us through our email address, which are normally answered within two business days. To handle each query efficiently we suggest you use the appropriate product email id.

Telephone Support

Standard support also includes thirty (30) days of telephone support to licensed registered users. This service starts from the day of your first call to the technical support department.

An annual telephone support plan is available after 30 days for users who wish to avail of the same.

Per incident telephone support
For trouble shooting individual incidents a plan is available to clients who own individual Pentaforce products and are not interested in the annual telephone support plan.
